Decent bed overall. The Hamilton Upholstered Ottoman Bed is reasonable quality for the price. Delivery was fine. Assembly took longer than expected and the instructions were not completely clear in all areas. It looks OK in the room. Not quite what I imagined from the photos but it does the job well enough. Fairly happy overall.

They arrived right on time, were very polite and professional, and took great care when bringing the bed into the house. The bed itself is beautifully made and looks stunning. Only minor point is one of the drawer runners was slightly stiff initially but it has loosened up nicely now. Happy with the purchase overall.
