At AFM Divan Beds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges work when you purchase from our website.
60-Night Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 60-night trial period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and refund within 60 days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Products that are custom-made or manufactured to specific customer requirements cannot be returned. These include items such as non-standard bed sizes, bespoke headboards, or customised products.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable under any circumstances and are excluded from the 60-night trial.
Return Fees
If you decide to return a product under the 60-night trial, a £75 collection fee will apply.
Example: If your order value is £500 and the collection fee is £75, your refund will be £425 after the item is returned in acceptable condition.
Please note that delivery charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in reasonable condition. If a returned product is damaged, stained, torn, or shows structural damage, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the total product value from the refund amount to cover damages.

Damaged Items on Delivery
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. When receiving your order, please inspect the item and sign to confirm that it has arrived without visible damage.
If you notice damage after unpacking the item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this time may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date, before 1:00 PM.
If the cancellation request is made after the cut-off time, a £75 cancellation fee will apply and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may still request a return within the 60-night trial period.
A £75 collection fee will apply for change-of-mind returns. If you exchange a product (for example a different size or colour), the same fee will apply for collection and delivery.
Delivery & Access Requirements
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the agreed delivery date. Missed deliveries may result in additional redelivery charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can fit through entrances, staircases, and the intended room location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
